Practice Makes Perfect!Practice Makes Perfect With Our Custom Water Heater Hand Truck. One of our customers in Oklahoma, recently sent us a video showing himself practicing lifting and moving a water heater on and off a pedestal using his new Hot Rod Hand Truck & Strap Kit. The tech in the video is named Adrian and operates a one-person plumbing shop in Oklahoma. When he reached out to us, he mentioned the need to make his water heater jobs easier and safer. In only a few short weeks after receiving his hand truck, he sent us this short video to show how he was doing. A you can see from his video, he is doing quite well.
As with any new tool or method that claims to make work life easier, Adrian didn’t buy his hand truck kit the first time he saw it. He was starting to do more water heater servicing and installs and really wanted to find the safest and easiest way to lift water heaters onto pedestals and platforms without straining or injuring his back. He especially wanted to find the best method to lift them in and out of pans. When working by yourself with new or heavy water heaters, avoiding injury is extremely important.

But as we mentioned, he didn’t buy one right away. He took his time and watched several of our water heater demos before he visited this site to make his purchase.
